2024 - CELEBRATING NEW PARTNERSHIPS!

This year, we were thrilled to welcome Hong Kong Express Airways to our fundraising initiatives for the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation. Their pilots exchanged their gold epaulettes for pink ones, while the cabin crew proudly wore the HKBCF pin to show their support for this important cause. They also organized in-house sales, including a market day at their offices, where additional Fly Pink Hong Kong merchandise was sold. As always, a successful campaign relies on the dedicated volunteers who tirelessly sold various items at the Fly Pink tables located on The Street at Cathay City. Cathay Pacific pilots further demonstrated their support by donning their pink ribbon epaulettes. This year, we were pleased to welcome a new merchant, Baking Bark, who generously donated their products to aid our fundraising efforts. Numerous activities were organized by individual supporters, such as a high tea at Madame Fu, an unofficial Pink Walk around Peng Chau island (which delighted the locals), participation in the HKBCF Pink Walk on the Peak (where one of our supporters won the best dressed award), and a Breast Cancer Day hosted by the Medical Department at Cathay City, which the HKBCF team took part in. The Cathay Pacific Inflight Magazine also highlighted the HKBCF's events and the fundraising activities of Fly Pink Hong Kong. The year concluded with the cheque handover at the HKBCF offices, which included a tour of the facilities.
